Shipping policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Western EU (Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 3–5 business days
  • Northern EU (Denmark, Finland, Sweden): 4–6 business days
  • Southern EU (Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Malta): 5–8 business days
  • Eastern EU (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 5–10 business days

  • North America (United States & Canada): 7–14 business days

  • Asia & Pacific (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong): 7–12 business days
                           (Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand): 10–16 business days

Shipping Options At checkout, you can choose between two shipping methods:

  • Standard Mail (untracked) — A more affordable option with no tracking. Please note that for orders shipped via standard mail, Fly and Fit cannot be held responsible for lost parcels once handed to the carrier. By selecting this option, you accept the associated risk.
  • Registered Mail (tracked) — Includes full tracking and loss protection. We strongly recommend this option for peace of mind.

Order Tracking If you selected registered mail, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time. Tracking is not available for standard mail orders.

Delays While we do our best to meet the above timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier disruptions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your tracked order does not arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact us at fly.and.fit@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly. For untracked standard mail orders, we are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
