FABRIC POSSIBILITIES
If you find something you like but you prefer it made of a different fabric than the one you've seen on the website,
Just drop me a line and I will check if it's possible.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Items are made to order, and the processing time is 1-2 weeks.
I will do the best I can to finish the work as soon as possible.
Shipping is with a tracking number that will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.
RETURNS
If there are any issues please contact me, and I will do the best I can.

How did it all start...
The Story of Fly and Fit: Born in the Air
Hey there, I’m Emily, the founder of Fly and Fit. My journey started exactly where yours probably did - hanging upside down, trying to perfect a sequence, and feeling completely frustrated by my gear.
As an aerialist, I was on a mission to find the perfect back warmer, leggings, and leotards.
I wanted three simple things: natural cotton fabrics, maximum comfort, and colors that actually inspired me.
Instead, I found a market flooded with scratchy, synthetic materials. The few cotton options out there were uninspired, boring, and completely lacking imagination.
From a Personal Solution to a Global Community
I knew my body deserved better, so I took matters into my own hands. I designed and stitched exactly what I needed to train safely and comfortably.
But I didn't stop there. I knew I couldn't be the only mover struggling with this. I created a batch of prototypes - our signature back warmers and shorts - and shipped them off to professional aerialists all around the world.
I asked for their brutally honest feedback.
The response was overwhelming. Together, we refined the fits, tweaked the designs, and perfected the stay-put technology. Through that global collaboration, Fly and Fit was officially born.

Today, Fly and Fit is a brand made by an aerialist, for anyone who loves to move.
We don't believe in mass production or cutting corners. Every single piece is personally handmade by me right here in Germany. We source premium, Oeko-Tex® certified natural cotton so you can focus entirely on your flow, your strength, and your next step - with zero distractions.
